Try making Acerola Salsa
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Green Origins Acerola Powder
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped)
- 1 large chopped tomato
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 medium hot chilli
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 60ml olive oil
- A pinch of allspice
Method:
Pour the lime juice and olive oil into a bowl. Add the acerola, allspice and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Dice the tomato, then finely chop the coriander, garlic and chilli. Add these to the bowl and mix well.
Chill in the fridge for one 1 hour, use as a dip for vegetable sticks or potato wedges.
