Cacao Flapjack
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 tbsp Green Origins Cacao Nibs
- 3 tbsp Green Origins Cacao Powder
- 125g rolled oats
- 2 tbsp coconut chips
- 4 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp almond butter
Method:
In a pan combine the honey, coconut oil, almond butter and cacao powder.
Stir over a low heat until mixed.
Remove from the heat and add the oats, coconut and cacao nibs.
Spread out on baking paper and leave to cool in the fridge for 2 hours.
Optional: For a fruity twist why not try adding some dried berries?
