Chia Pudding (Serves 4)


  • 60g Green Origins Chia seeds
  • 3 tsp Green Origins Maca powder
  • 685g your favourite nut milk
  • 3 tbsp. of your chosen sweetener (honey or maple syrup work well)
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 bananas (chopped)
  • a handful of blueberries


Mix all ingredients well in a bowl. The Chia seeds will start to swell, absorbing the milk very quickly. Leave it to stand for at least 30 minutes.

Decorate with blueberries.
