Hemp Protein Bars
- 6 tbsp Green Origins Hemp Protein Powder
- 3/4 cup (90g) oat flour (use gluten-free if intolerant)
- 6 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup (125g) peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
In a large bowl mix the hemp powder, oat flour and pinch of salt together. Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Cover a tin with baking paper and press the mixture into the tin. Leave in the fridge to chill until set.
