It is then dried for three months in the open air before being cleaned and broken into small pieces. - 1 tbsp. Maca powder
- Half of a sweet pumpkin (peeled, deseeded and grated)
- 8 soft organic dates
- 1 banana
- 63ml plant milk of your choice
- 1tsp ground ginger
- 1tsp ground cinnamon
- 1tsp vanilla extracts
- 3tbsp melted coconut oil
- 2 tbsp. nut butter - we like to use almond butter
- Blend the pumpkin in a blender to form a paste.
- Now add the rest of the ingredients to the mixture and blend on a high speed.
- Pour into glasses and leave in the fridge to cool for 5 hours.
- Optional: serve with whipped coconut cream
