Green Origins Pea protein is great for people following a plant-based diet due to its high concentration of protein and rich amino acid profile.

SUGGESTED USE: Take 8-16g (1-2 tablespoons) per day. Add to a smoothie, add to homemade protein bars or make protein pancakes.

Inspiration:
Peanut Butter Porridge

Ingredients:

  • 16g Green Origins Pea Protein Powder
  • 40g porridge oats
  • 250ml milk (of your choice)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 banana (chopped)

Method:

In a pan, bring the milk and oats to the boil. 

Stir in the peanut butter, cinnamon and 1/2 of the banana. 

Allow to simmer for 3-4 minutes until thick. 

Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the protein powder, return to the heat for 60 seconds. 

Pour into a bowl. 

Top with the rest of the banana and enjoy.
