Super green salad dressing
- 50ml hemp oil
- 1tsp miso paste
- Almond butter
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- 1tsp Green Origins Wheatgrass Powder
- 1 grated garlic clove
- Good handful of fresh parsley
- Good pinch of salt and pepper
- Handful of chopped almond
In a blender mix all the ingredients together, to form a smooth thick dressing.
Massage the dressing into the chopped green vegetables. Let it sit for at least half an hour before eating in order for it to absorb the flavours. Scatter the almonds in at the end.
