Stir into porridge or yogurt, add to homemade snack bars or add to salads.

Take 9-18g (1-2 tablespoons) per day.

Inspiration:
Hemp Seed Energy Balls

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Green Origins Shelled Hemp Seeds
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 8 pitted dates
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method:

Soak the dates in warm water for 5 minutes. 

Once softened, drain off the water. 

Mix all of the ingredients in a food processor until it forms a dough, then roll into balls. 

Store in the fridge in an airtight container. 

Optional: Roll each ball in chopped nuts or hemp seeds for extra crunch.
