Add to a smoothie, add to homemade protein bars or make protein pancakes.

Take 8-16g (1-2 tablespoons) per day.

Inspiration:
Hemp Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 tbsp Green Origins Hemp Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp Green Origins Cacao Powder
  • 1 extra large banana
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp oats
  • 2 tbsp milk (of your choice)
  • Oil (for frying)
  • Toppings (of your choice)

Method:

Soak the dates in warm water for 5 minutes. 

Once softened, drain off the water. 

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl to make a batter. 

Heat the oil in a frying pan. 

When warm spread small circles of batter in the pan. 

Wait for the pancakes to go firm before flipping. 

Once cooked, add toppings of your choice and enjoy!
