HIGH IN FIBRE - Each 5g serving of psyllium husk powder provides more fibre than a slice of wholemeal bread.

Add to a smoothie, stir into porridge or yogurt, or add to homemade snack bars.

SUGGESTED USE: Take 5g (1 teaspoon) per day.

Inspiration:
Mini Flatbreads

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Green Origins Psyllium Husk Powder
  • 1 tbsp mild curry powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 40g butter (melted)
  • 250ml boiling water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 60g coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp garlic (crushed)

Method:

Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl. 

Gradually add the butter and hot water then knead until it forms a dough. 

Leave to cool for 20 minutes. 

Take 1/6 of the dough and press flat into a hot frying pan with oil. 

Flip when golden brown. 

Remove from the heat when cooked on both sides and enjoy!
