Spirulina Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Green Origins Spirulina Powder
- 2 small bananas (frozen)
- 200ml coconut milk (tinned)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 mandarin (juice & zest)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
Method:
Mix all of the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, together in a blender for 30 seconds.
Pour the mixture into a plastic container, stir in the chocolate chips and freeze.
Stir again after 4 hours and then freeze overnight.
Sprinkle some more chocolate chips on top before serving.
